Located on the iconic ‘bonnie banks’ of Loch Lomond Hollybank House sits shoreside between Inverbeg and Tarbet, commanding a breathtaking elevated position on the waterfront. The floor to ceiling glass wall aspect of the house provides a truly magnificent view of Loch Lomond and the mountains beyond from the comfort of each luxuriously appointed room. Whether you are looking to wind down and enjoy together time with family and friends, or wind up to experience the extreme biking hiking and water sports available on Hollybank’s doorstep, the unique landscapes of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park provide an ideal location for an unforgettable holiday experience.
After an exhilarating day on the hill or the water, the main family lounge provides our guests with everything they might need to power down and relax. Large Italian made sofas section the double height lounge and the expansive interior glass makes the most of the changing sunlight as it travels from east to west across the loch. Rainbows, clouds and sunsets are one of the most entrancing features of spending a day loch gazing at Hollybank.
For a quiet night in, a samsung 50 inch TV is the centre piece to all things tech, giving access to everything a netflix fan could want, as well as sonos and PlayStation pro. A full size pool table is there for those whose competitive streak extends into night time. Entertainment and enjoyment is a huge part of the Hollybank experience for our guests. The dining room seats 12 and has a walnut crafted wine cabinet as well as a mahogany baby grand piano for those guests who can play or sing. The kitchen is the best example of modern family living, a contemporary dining/cooking space that leads directly onto the deck, for cocktails and after dinner stargazing in the deluxe hot tub. All bedrooms offer spectacular lochside views and have each been themed and crafted featuring the best of Scotland’s design talent in wallcoverings and textiles each reflecting the majesty of Scotland’s landscape and wildlife.

The Lodge
Hollybank Lodge sits adjacent to Hollybank House, in a secluded woodland setting overlooking the loch. The outdoor deck has its very own hot tub, a mini-me of the tub at Hollybank House, making the lodge the ideal destination for couples, small families, and adventure seekers looking to explore the Loch and mountain trails on foot or by bike. Hollybank Lodge has a large open-space lounge, kitchen and dining area that is designed to bring the glory of the outside inside. Sliding glass doors give direct access to the deck and the incredible views beyond. The lodge has a spacious master bedroom with a family size en-suite bathroom and dressing area.
