Seaplane Loch Lomond

Seaplane Loch Lomond

Many of our guests at Hollybank House enjoy the high life. Book an unforgettable first-class seat for the Loch Lomond holiday excursion of a lifetime as you take in Loch Lomond from the air. See the shores and travel to remote areas of this incredible National Park that can only be accessed by air.

Float along the loch before soaring off into the sky in a contemporary, state of the art amphibious Cessa 208 Caravan aircraft. With a luxurious interior, the 10-seater short-haul seaplane is an unforgettable experience for all the family.

Leaving at regular intervals, the seaplanes can take you on a scenic tour of Loch Lomond, or even take you to Oban Bay and the Isle of Bute.

As you fly through the air, absorb the views of snow-capped mountains and lush green islands from the world below. With two tour routes to choose from you’ll be sure to see some of Scotland’s most iconic shores, mountains, and Isles.

The Explorer Route will take you on a course through Scotland’ s stunning West Coast with views of Barnhill Cottage (where George Orwell wrote the dystopian novel, “1984”), Rothesay Castle, Isle of Arran, Faslane naval submarine base and so much more.

The Discover flight path cruising between 500 -3,000 feet, will allow you views of Ben Arthur, The Rest and Be Thankful, The Arrochar Alps and The West Highland Way to name a few. Tours are available most days, but as Loch Lomond Seaplanes are a highly sought-after experience, we advise booking your Loch Lomond holiday excursion well in advance of your stay.
